2. Advanced electric liquid shift gear box with international standard, all the gears adopt the helical teeth structure to guarantee high transmission efficiency and low noise for the loading machine. The well posited gears, with KD shift function ensure high operation efficiency.
3.Patented technology for full hydraulic double road braking system and original imported brake parts ensure safe braking. Thus, the heavy loader machines can move and stop as the driver’s wishes, even with the goods on the forks / jacks.
4. The tires are 24.00R35 meridian steel tires. The maximum carrying capacity of the single tire is 55 tons, which allows Wilson forklift trucks to be qualified for the complex working conditions.
5. Pilot control and full hydraulic flow amplifies steering operation scope and is highly flexible.
6. Our own patented technology for intelligentization and digitization makes it easier for user-friendly interactive interface. Remote management system keeps record for the use condition of the forklift loaders. Such allows remote fault detection and diagnosis, as well as computerization management.
7. Recombination swing arms, super heavy load capacity design, high strength and high thickness structures and finite element analysis for the key parts……all these make sure safe handling at dangerous environments.
8. Centralized lubrication technology ensures timely lubrication at key points, reduces power loss and prolongs lifespan of the parts and equipments of the loader truck.
9. The transmission shaft adopts multisession transition to enhance higher strength and improve the service life of the transmission shafts. The central steering inner articulated shafts apply hinge joints central-radial patterns, allowing same angle between cardans and transmission shafts when turning, so best energy output is achieved.
